A team of experts

dedicated to

Conservation Education Protection

We are a not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom that is dedicated to protecting wildlife and habitats around the world. Our teams work to find sustainable and effective conservation solutions through species research, in-situ and ex-situ projects and inspirational conservation education and engagement.

Since established we have supported various in-situ wildlife conservation initiatives and projects at both a local and international level and our involvement continues to grow each year. As of today we work closely with a number of conservation projects and partners including AussieArk, SEED Madagascar, Ubuntu Wildlife Trust, SharkLab Malta, and Protectyo-Titi to name just a few.

In addition to our in-situ conservation initiatives we also operate our private 15-acre conservation centre that is located within our headquarters on the Cassiobury Farm & Fishery site. Here we operate our ex-situ work and maintain a collection of over 70 different species, many of which form part of important international breeding programmes. Our centre is also home to a ‘World Farm’, containing a variety of unusual and rare domestic farm breeds. At the Foundation we also work to maintain rare domestic breeds that can help to create sustainable farming opportunities that protect wildlife.

We work closely with partner zoos, aquariums, private facilities, and other institutions to support various ex-situ conservation campaigns including EAZA’s EEP programme. The Foundation supports wildlife conservation research both locally and internationally.
